It’s that time of the year again and tekom 2017 is just around the corner. The annual tcworld conference is the world’s largest event in the technical communications industry and a great opportunity to meet up with familiar faces, get to know new business partners and get up to speed on all the latest industry trends.
And just like last year, this is an opportunity to play our part in making a change. Our support for the nonprofit organization Translators Without Borders is a cause we firmly believe in and the work they do is extremely important to people in crises situations. TWB is well known for their tireless efforts in providing translation and interpreting services in areas affected by war and natural disasters.
Last year, using a stationary bike and with the support of some enthusiastic tekom attendees, we raised over €2,200 for TWB. This year we’ve prepared something entirely different. We don’t want to reveal too much yet, but we do recommend that you keep an eye on our Twitter and Instagram on October 24th–26th. We expect a very colorful outcome! :-)
