Join our team of translators and proofreaders!

What do we expect from our linguists?

  • A university degree in translating
    or other form of higher education
    with at least 2 years of professional translating experience
    or more than 5 years of professional translation
    experience (in accordance with ISO 17100).

  • Perfect knowledge of the terminology in the fields
    you want to translate for us.

  • Your own licence for some CAT tools and the willingness to work with them (e.g. SDL Trados Studio, memoQ, etc.).

  • Time flexibility
    and responsible approach to work.

  • Cooperation based on a business licence (freelance work).

We founded ZELENKA in 1990 in Zlín to provide our clients with first-class language services. Nowadays we work with more than 7,000 translators around the world and are partners with some of the world's largest brands in many fields, such as the automotive industry, IT, engineering, etc.

We are truly here for our translators – solving any questions they have for our customers regarding the projects and providing them with expert technical support. We value our mutual cooperation and, in addition to the timely payments of their invoices, we also invite our translators to company events or just have a relaxed chat over the phone.

Then we have
the test translation evaluated
independently by another translator.

 

If the translation is of high quality,
we let our Project Managers know about the new addition to the team, i.e. you. :-)
