The Client is aware that their personal data will be processed by the Contractor as the controller and processor of personal data. The Client is aware that the provision of personal data is voluntary. The Client has the right towards the Contractor to access personal data, as well as the right to amend personal data, request an explanation, remove defects and incorrect situations, and the right to the protection of personality (this can all be dealt with using the address email@example.com); they also have the right to appeal to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) or to the European Data Protection Board (EDPB).
By accepting these conditions, the Client grants their unconditional consent to the Contractor being the controller and processor of personal data to gather, including in the Contractor’s database, to process and use the Client's personal data which is set forth in the Client’s order (or in the order confirmation), for example for the purpose of ensuring satisfaction, dealing with complaints, offering business and services, service research, and business communication between the Contractor and the Client. The personal data will not be shared with any third party. The Client grants their consent as per this paragraph for a non-fixed term, whereby they can revoke this consent at any time, free of charge, using the Contractor's e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Contractor undertakes to work in accordance with the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which will come into effect on 25/05/2018, and in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., as amended.
These TERMS are in force and effect as from 29th January 2018.
The Contractor reserves the right to amend the provisions of the TERMS. Such an amendment must be announced by the Contractor on the Contractor’s website on the day from which the new TERMS shall be in force and effect in order to make it clear from which date the new TERMS are effective. The Contractor keeps the older versions of TERMS in its archive.
