Client satisfaction level last year was rated as “meeting expectations” or “exceeding expectations”

We recently drew three winners from those who filled out a client questionnaire about their general satisfaction with our services.

Our customers’ opinions are greatly appreciated and we are happy to report that a record number of questionnaires were filled out this year. The majority rated important criteria like our response time, service quality, timeliness, cost and usefulness of our website as “meeting expectations” or even “exceeding expectations.” Out of the 312 responses, only two rated one of these criteria as “below expectations.”
