In March, we passed an independent external audit of two standards that are absolutely crucial in our field:

ISO 17100 – the standard for translation services

ISO 9001 – the standard for quality management systems

The auditors’ conclusions confirmed that the commitment and care we put into quality truly pay off. We now have proof that our processes meet the highest international standards. We won’t need to change them or implement any corrective measures.

Naturally, we are pleased with this result, because we pride ourselves on the quality of our language services and translations. But what makes us even happier is that it confirms we are a responsible partner for our clients – someone they can turn to with all their translation needs.

So what exactly is the benefit of certification for our clients?

  • They can be sure that every translation is handled by a qualified team using clearly defined processes.
  • They can trust that their project will undergo systematic checks that incorporate feedback.
