Last year our turnover grew by 30% thanks to you

Last year we managed to maintain the ongoing trend of double-digit growth in our turnover. This growth, of course, goes hand in hand with an increased number of orders. To cope with such a volume of work, we are continuing to hire new staff and vendors. Three colleagues have joined our office-based team and we have started working with dozens of new translators. This is, however, more demanding for HR. We are aware of the risks connected with such expansion. Therefore, we are very selective when it comes to hiring new colleagues.
