Our agency began working this year under the international standards “EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems – Requirements” and “EN 15038:2006 Translation Services – Service Requirements”. Introducing this quality management system mainly increases the quality of services rendered and improves the management and control of the agency.
