For the eighth time now, we’ve proved that we meet the requirements of ISO 9001. Such audits assess all the important areas and processes relating to quality management, i.e. documentation, records, managerial responsibilities, resource management and how we handle translation projects. On top of the points just mentioned,analyses and improvements made to our quality management were also taken into account.
Although we put a lot of effort into maintaining our ISO 9001 standards, our main aim is (and always has been) making sure our clients remain happy with the services we provide. Declaring 2014 to be the year of quality meant tightening all of these criteria even more. And the results we achieved are excellent!
