We were again successful with the ISO 9001 audit

On April 17, 2013 the sixth audit was carried out at our company. The independent certification body confirmed that also in 2013 ZELENKA exceeded all requirements of the quality control system under ISO 9001.
Translation quality is probably the most important parameter for all our clients. If the translation control process (in accordance with the ISO 9001 and EN 15038 standards) is on a high level, then high-quality translations – and thus client satisfaction – can be ensured in the long term. And this is our mission.

We again obtained the CQS (Certified Quality Systems) and IQNet (International Certification Network) certificates, awarded always for one year. These certificates are important for us because they are internationally recognised. They raise the trustworthiness of ZELENKA among foreign clients.
